2. The device structure and character
● Ram part
Hydraulic drive WC67Y-100/ 2500 E21 NC press brake machine, ram part consists of ram, cylinder, and mechanical block fine-tuning structure. The left and right cylinders fixed on the frame, hydraulic system drive piston bring ram to move up and down.
● Worktable part
Button control the worktable on the front of it, motor drive back gauge move forward and backward, and numerical display the movement, travel switches to limit the front and back position. It’s easy to operate it.
● Back gauge part
Back gauge adopts motor transmission, drive two high precision ball screw synchronous move through sprocket, the control system displays the requirement value.
● Synchronous system
Synchronous system of this device consists of torsion axial, swing arm. The structure is simple, capability is stable and reliable, with high synchronous accuracy, after adjust mechanical block speed by motor gear box, the control system displays the value.
● Transmission system
To adopts high precision ball screw and guide rail, with high accuracy repeat positioning, fast speed, and long life.
