1. Introduction


    Automatic orbital tube welding machine is orbital weld heads for fusion (GTAW) welding of fittings, tubing and thin wall pipe. Ideal solution for welds in the food & dairy, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemical, semiconductor industry and in all applications where space is very limited.


    Besides particularly suitable for welding all common micro fittings. Welds materials such as stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy and other auto weldable alloys. During weld process, it is without wire feeding but with argon protection and tungsten insert (TIG) welding.

- Suitable tube diameter: Φ19.05mm-Φ76.2mm
